Welcome to the Market 2018

Our application process is now an online process. Please review the following important information and then proceed to complete your online application by selecting "2018 Vendor Application" at the bottom of this page. 

Please review the Issaquah Farmers Market Bylaws and Regulations prior to submitting your application.  All submitted applicants are agreeing to these bylaws and regulations for the season. Read, review and download the Issaquah Farmers Market Vendor Bylaws and Regulations.

Returning Vendor Applications:
The application deadline for returning vendor applications is Friday, Feb. 9 by noon to receive priority status. You are considered a returning vendor if you met the participation minimum during the 2017 season.

Applications received after this date/time time will no longer receive priority status. They will be juried as a new vendor and may be replaced by new interested competitors. Returning vendors from the 2017 season are not required to re-jury their items, unless a new product is being sold or added or Market Management requires a full category re-jury. If a full category re-jury is required, those vendors will be notified. Please choose to submit a "Renewal" application. 

New Vendor Applications:
New vendors interested in applying to our market can do so by selecting "2018 Vendor Application" below and then choosing to submit a "New Application." New applicants are required to self-register and participate in an in-person product review interview. We refer to this as jurying. Our 2018 new vendor jury interviews will be held on:

Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018 and Saturday, March 17, 2018
Time:  9 a.m. – 1 p.m. (pre-scheduled 10 minute appointment per vendor during this time)
Location:  Pickering Barn, 1730 10th Ave. N.W. Issaquah, WA 98027

A limited number of jury appointments are available each day. Please call or email to RSVP and ensure you receive a jury appointment. Jury days are an opportunity for new vendors to turn in their application and show their products in person to market staff. The only available time for questions and answers will be during your 10 minute product review.  If you have specific questions about the market, please visit our website, call our office or email for assistance.

What is Required at the Jury Appointment?

  • Small assortment of your products to be sold for on-site inspection
  • Completed application – available on-site at the jury days and on our website:
  • One to five photos (depending on product variety) of your product to be left with your application

Selection Notification:

  • Our jury decisions will not be made on-site that day.
  • You will be notified via email by Friday, March 23 with your acceptance status and how to submit payment.

Unable to Make the New Vendor Jury Days?
Alternate jury times and options will be offered only if available and vendors in your category are still needed. Please still submit an online application so we are aware of your interest and business details.
Once received, your application will be reviewed by the Market Managers and you will be informed via email on the status of your application. Please allow two weeks from the date submitted for a response.  We will contact you if a jury appointment, to view your items in person, if needed.

Priority acceptance will be given to returning 2017 vendors and then to vendors who are juried on Feb. 24 and March 17. We will continue to accept new vendors throughout the season based on space availability in each category. If accepted, all fees will be due before your first day of participation.

Full Vendor Categories:

We are currently accepting new vendor applications for all product categories. As always, we will not accept any re-sellers or products sold by independent consultants.  

Full Vendor Category Re-Jury: 
This year, all concession food vendors will be asked to re-jury for membership approval.
