Olde Town Design Standards

Front Street

The Olde Town Design Standards were adopted in 2001 for the area known as Issaquah’s Cultural and Business District (CBD). These standards implement the pedestrian-oriented and traditional downtown core vision of the Olde Town Subarea Plan.

The design standards include regulations for site and building design, enhanced pedestrian movement, signs and creek enhancement. These standards are requirements in addition to the City Code.
