Recognition
Overview
We've partnered with Cedar Grove to recognize green achievers among our community's restaurants and food sellers.

In addition to using only recyclable or compostable food service containers and service ware, and providing compost and recycling collection for customers, these businesses and organizations deserve recognition for their overall commitment to sustainability and reducing waste.

About Our Partner

Cedar Grove plays an important role in diverting organic waste from landfills. From two local facilities, Cedar Grove composts more than 350,000 tons of residential and commercial yard and food waste annually.

If Cedar Grove had not invested in this technology for our local community, all that organic waste would disposed of as trash and shipped to landfills. Instead, Cedar Grove transforms it into nutrient-rich compost-based products.
