Supporting Issaquah Businesses
Issaquah's businesses and nonprofits not only provide important jobs and services, they are also what makes our community unique. We want to make it easier for you to grow your business in Issaquah.

Business Community Survey
In the fall of 2012, the City sent surveys to 2,300 registered Issaquah businesses to discover how the City can better support our organizations. Learn more.

Business Retention Services
Our department offers many services at no extra cost to Issaquah businesses:

  • Advocacy. If you have a problem, we will work with you and the appropriate City personnel to find win-win solutions.
  • Liaison. Have a question about permits, roads or a new City policy and don't know who to call? Contact us and we will get you in contact with the right person and make sure you get your questions answered.
  • Site Selection. Need a better space for your business? We can help connect you with the right properties in Issaquah.
  • Data. Want to know how many cars drive by your business every day? Or what the average Issaquah household income is? We keep up-to-date City demographics and information, making your business planning, market analysis and application for financing easier.
  • Connections. We work with business and tourism organizations, property owners, commercial brokers and managers, investors, colleges, federal and state governments and many other entities. If your needs are outside of the typical services we offer, we can connect you with someone who can more directly address your needs.
