Payment Options
Pay by Mail
Mail your payment in the return envelope provided and be sure to include the remittance stub portion of the billing. To ensure proper credit to your account please include your account number on your check. Payments may be mailed to:

Please make payments by check or money order payable to City of Issaquah.

Pay in Person
Between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, cash, check or money order payments are accepted at the Finance Department located on the 2nd floor of the City Hall building located at 130 East Sunset Way.

After hours, at the same location on the 2nd floor of the City Hall building there is a drop slot located just to the left of the elevator.

Online Bill Payer Payments
You may choose to pay your Issaquah utility bill through your bank’s online bill payer service. Be sure to specify your utility billing account number which is in the following number format: XX-XXXX-XX. For example, 00-1234-00. This will insure quick crediting of your payment once it is received in our office.

In some instances your financial institution may send us a payment by mail. In these instances a delay of five to seven business days may occur in the processing of your payment.
