Urban Village Development Commission
About
Created in 1998, this commission reviews initial development standards not adopted as part of the development agreements.

The commission also reviews initial design guidelines and conducts a planning-level review of specified land-use actions within the projects for conformance with policies, goals and objectives contained in the City of Issaquah's Comprehensive Plan, Grand Ridge Planning Goals and Commitments and the Cougar Mountain East Village Development Agreement.

Membership
The Urban Village Development Commission is comprised of seven regular members with four-year terms, and several alternates with two-year terms.

All members are appointed by the Mayor and subject to confirmation by the City Council.
