Note that a soil analysis is now required:
Soil Analysis and Proposed Use of Existing Soil: A laboratory analysis of topsoil conditions with an evaluation of the practical use of the soil and/or proposed retention for use in the final landscape design shall be prepared and submitted with the tree and vegetation evaluation and landscape plan (IMC 18.12.040 B).
