Fire Alarm

Over-the-Counter

If your project involves 10 or fewer devices, contact Eastside Fire & Rescue at 425-313-3322 for authorization of an over-the-counter permit. If approved, apply on MyBuildingPermit.com and check the box "I have an approved plan review waiver" when prompted.

All Others
Submit your application along with required documents in PDF format on MyBuildingPermit.com.

• Plan review fee per the Fire Alarm Fee Schedule (PDF). Additional inspection fees will be assessed at permit issuance.

Fire Sprinkler & Extinguishing

Over-the-Counter

 If your project qualifies for over-the-counter, submit the following to the Permit Center:

• Over-the-Counter Application (PDF)

All Others
Submit the following to the Permit Center:

• General Permit Application (PDF)
• Three sets of plans (folded, if practical; see below for content requirements)
• Three sets of cut sheets
• Plan review fee per the Fire Sprinkler Fee Schedule (PDF), cash or check only. Additional inspection fees will be assessed at permit issuance.

Inspections

All fire inspections require 48-hour prior notice. Please schedule inspections by emailing Eastside Fire and Rescue with the following information:

• Subject Line: Inspections Request
• Permit number
• Project address
• Onsite personnel contact phone number
• Type of inspection
• Date of inspection
