Silverado Development Agreement

Overview

Silverado Project Location MapA development agreement (PDF) with Silverado Senior Living Holdings, which covers close to 22 acres, plans for clustered housing of up to 11 parcels near state Route 900 and Northwest Talus Drive.

Nine of the parcels will be used for single-family homes or duplexes, and two parcels will be reserved for future affordable housing units.

In addition, the agreement requires a new bridge across Tibbetts Creek, along with easements for trail connections and Native Growth Protection areas.
