You must apply for this permit online through MyBuildingPermit.com. We will not accept paper applications or plans.

The documents listed below are the minimum necessary to proceed with the application process.

King County Sewer Use Certification Form (if adding an Accessory Dwelling Unit)

Fees listed below are general fees that are applied to the most common projects. Additional fees including outside, third party, and hourly review may apply.

Permit Fee: Determined by project valuation
Plan Check Fee: 65% of the Permit Fee
Mechanical Permit Fee: See Mechanical Permit Fee Schedule
Plumbing Permit Fee: See Plumbing Permit Fee Schedule
Technology Surcharge: 5% of Permit Fees and Plan Check Fee
State Building Code Fee: $6.50
