- South SPAR Booster Pump Station
The City of Issaquah Public Works Department is constructing a drinking water booster pump station and approximately 8,000 linear feet of water-related water transmission lines. The project would provide redundant facilities to move drinking water to the Issaquah Highlands, including Swedish Hospital, which serves as a critical care facility, as well as over 5,000 residents.
As part of the project, the Issaquah-Preston Trail will be closed in the portion of the trail that is within the project site until 2023. A detour has been setup that travels through Olde Town.
The project is currently expected to be completed in 2023.
