The City will be hosting a neighborhood meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to allow the community an opportunity to understand the proposal regarding critical areas and provide the City with thoughts and concerns before a decision is rendered. City Staff, along with the Applicant’s technical area experts, will be in attendance to answer questions and address concerns about the

Required Forms

The documents listed below are the minimum necessary to proceed with the application process.

  • Written narrative describing the project
  • Plan set, which consists of the following:
    • Existing site information for the subject site
    • Critical areas indicating the type, class, buffer, setback, etc..
  • Critical area study/ies

Optionally

  • Site photos showing existing conditions
  • Artist's rendering of the proposal is desirable
