Clearance Letters

This service is for residents who are living or have lived within Issaquah city limits. If you do not know which jurisdiction you reside in, you can check by entering your address into King County’s public parcel viewer. 

A clearance letter can be requested by emailing Police Records at IPDRequests@IssaquahWA.gov. The form will be emailed back to you, but needs to be signed (digital signatures are not currently accepted for this process) and either mailed with a copy of your valid photo ID, or brought in to the Police Department’s lobby counter with your photo ID presented.
