The Adaptive Recreation program provides recreational, social and educational opportunities for individuals in the Issaquah area with intellectual, developmental, physical, and/or neurological disabilities.
The City of Issaquah is proud to offer a wide range of activities for participants to choose from including social and enrichment opportunities as well as sports and Special Olympics participation.
Specialized Recreation program staff provide leadership and overall supervision. Our staff are unable to provide attendant care or provide one-on-one behavior management care. Personal attendants are welcome to participate in our programs free-of-charge when providing one-on-one assistance.
