The City is hosting a neighborhood meeting to provide information related to the proposed MacLean preliminary plat application. The project proposes to subdivide 5.3 acres at 4929 Issaquah-Pine Lake Rd SE into 23 lots for single-family homes.

The intent of the meeting is to assist the community in developing an understanding of the proposal, to clarify the characteristics of the site, to generate discussion, and to raise issues before a submittal is provided to the City for review. City Staff will be facilitating the meeting. The Applicant and the Applicant’s technical experts will be in attendance to answer questions and address concerns about the project.
