The following items will be accepted:

• Lead acid batteries: Car, truck, marine, motorcycle and sealed lead acid batteries accepted.
• Alkaline batteries: AAAA, AAA, AA, A, B, C and D cell alkaline batteries. No rechargeable, cell phone or nicad batteries accepted. Lithium-ion batteries, like tool and vape batteries, will not be accepted.
• Motor oil, oil filters, antifreeze: You may also bring brake fluid, transmission fluid, 2-cycle oil, steering fluid and crankcase oil (five gallon or smaller containers only). Do not mix oil with antifreeze, solvents, gasoline, or other substances. Empty containers will not be accepted.
• Pesticides and poisons: Rat poison, slug poison, insect killers, fungicides and herbicide/fertilizer combinations (often called weed and feed).

Acceptable paint products:

• Interior and exterior architectural paints: latex, acrylic, water-based, alkyd, oil-based and enamel paint
• Shellacs, lacquers, varnishes
• Primers, sealers
• Stains

All paint products must be in original container, with original label and in liquid form. Cans do not need to be full.

Restrictions: Commercial loads will be rejected. Businesses, please see paintcare.org/wa for paint recycling options.
