[ARCHIVED] - Zombie Fish: Delve Into Dark Side of the Creek -

A frighteningly real journey of life and death plays out in Issaquah Creek each fall — the return of the zombie salmon.

You think you know everything about salmon? Think again.

Join Friends of the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery (FISH)for Zombie Fish: Tails from the Dark Side of the Creek, a part of the Downtown Zombie Walk festivities.

Head to the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery, 125 W. Sunset Way, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Oct. 18, 2014.

Tours will start every 20 minutes at the flagpole outside the hatchery. This is not the same tour your kids took in school.

Venture to the Watershed Science Center to see salmon dissections at 5:45 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. — if you dare.

A $2 donation is suggested. Beware: Some tour content may be disturbing to young children.
