We're considering changes to land use designation and zoning as part of our 2015 Comprehensive Plan amendments.
Community Facilities
This proposed rezone includes 31 properties owned by the City of Issaquah (see map). Community Facilities is the proposed land-use designation for the properties. The proposed zoning designations are:
Open Space: This zone is intended for low-impact, low-intensity uses, such as permanent open space, passive hiking and interpretative trails.
Recreation: This zone is primarily for outdoor recreation, such as parks, ball fields and accessory uses.
Facilities: This zone includes indoor recreation-oriented development, utilities, government facilities, libraries, daycares, conference centers, schools, park-and-ride lots, museums or public/private projects.

Croston Lane
The proposed land use designation for this parcel is Low Density Residential and the proposed zoning designation is Single Family - Small Lot (see map).

Share your input in person as the Planning Policy Commission hosts a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. March 5, 2015, in the Council Chambers, 135 E. Sunset Way.
You can also submit comments in writing to the Development Services Department, P.O. Box 1307, Issaquah, WA, 98027.
On Feb. 18, our Development Services Department mailed letters to landowners within 300 feet of the affected parcels.
