Celebrate National Bike to Work Month at the Kids Bike Rodeo.
Join us from 9 a.m.-noon May 17, 2015, at Pickering Barn, 1730 10th Ave. N.W., for helmet fittings, a bike safety and skills course, music, raffles, refreshments and more.
Issaquah police will provide youth bike helmets, and Bike Works staff will be on hand to fit helmets for kids. Police will also host the bike safety course.
Bicycle Center of Issaquah will teach young riders the ABCs of bike safety, and Compass Outdoor Adventures will lead geocache treasure hunt rides around Pickering Barn.
Donate a used bike to receive a raffle ticket. Children can bring their own refillable water bottle for a raffle ticket.

The event is presented by Recology CleanScapes, the City of Issaquah and Bike Works. Kiwanis Club of Issaquah and the Downtown Issaquah Association generously contributed to provide free kid’s bike helmets.
