[ARCHIVED] Recycler of the Year: City Team Member Earns Honor

Recycler of the Year

We're excited to announce that a member of our City of Issaquah team is the state's Recycler of the Year.

Mary Joe de Beck, sustainability manager, recently received the prestigious Recycler of the Year Award from the Washington State Recycling Association, a statewide organization representing more than 500 public agencies, private corporations, colleges and universities, and nonprofit organizations.

The award spotlights de Beck's outstanding contributions to strengthening recycling and waste prevention in our region. She was recognized at the Washington State Recycling Association's state conference, and the benefits of her work contribute to the Issaquah community on a daily basis.

Congratulations, Mary Joe!
