Drivers should prepare for changes along Northwest Maple Street as construction starts on a new hotel.
Westbound Maple Street will transition from two lanes to a single lane with on-street parking from Newport Way Northwest to 12th Avenue Northwest.
Construction is expected to start in June 2015 on a SpringHill Suites by Marriott.
The project includes a five-story, 149,567-square-foot hotel, with 145 suites in three levels atop two levels of above-grade parking.
The project construction and street revisions are expected to last for one year.
