[ARCHIVED] - You're Invited: Learn How Our Community Helps Salmon -

Join Friends of the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery (FISH) to discover how our community is working together to protect salmon by restoring creekside habitat, preventing flooding and reducing pollution.

You’re invited as FISH hosts a free community event at 6:30 p.m. July 22, 2015, featuring Kerry Ritland, surface water manager, and Dana Zlateff, environmental science associate, for the City of Issaquah. Learn how the City and community partners work together to protect salmon.

The event will be held in the picnic shelter at Confluence Park, 595 Rainier Blvd. N., where a salmon habitat restoration project is underway this summer.

The event is open to the public. The event is free; donations gratefully accepted. Refreshments will be provided.
