Get stoked to celebrate the end of summer at Highlands Day!
The summertime celebration returns from 4-8 p.m. Aug. 29, 2015. You’re invited to experience a zip line, food trucks, inflatable attractions, a kids’ zone and more!
Don’t worry about finding parking. Just walk or hop on the free Paradise Party Trolley.
The free trolley runs from 4-8 p.m., with stops in front of Regal Cinema at Grand Ridge Plaza, West Highlands Park, Discovery Heights/The Brownstones, 15th Avenue Northeast at Northeast Park Drive, and Grand Ridge Elementary School.
The celebration opens with a community parade. You’re invited to decorate yourself, bike, stroller, long boards and pets, then and meet at the top of Village Green Park at 3:45 p.m.
Deck out your family, stroller, wagon — even your dog — in the craziest Hawaiian gear you can find!
The parade starts promptly at 4 p.m. and makes a loop around the park before the festival activities open.
