King County Elections offers more information about how to complete and return your ballot.
Once you've completed and sealed your ballot, you can return it by first-class mail or the King County Elections drop box at Issaquah City Hall, 130 E. Sunset Way, until 8 p.m. Election Day — Nov. 3, 2015.
