Drivers should prepare for changes along Northwest Maple Street during construction of a new hotel.
Traffic delays could occur as crews pour concrete slabs for the SpringHill Suites by Marriott near the intersection of Northwest Maple Street and 12th Avenue Northwest. A flagger will be onsite to help to direct traffic.
Work is ongoing, with significant activity planned for Oct. 30, 2015.
The project includes a five-story, 149,567-square-foot hotel, with 145 suites in three levels atop two levels of above-grade parking.
