Filmed over four years across nine countries and five continents, "This Changes Everything" is an epic attempt to re-imagine the vast challenge of climate change.
You’re invited to see "This Changes Everything" at a free screening presented by Meaningful Movies of Issaquah, 6:30 p.m. Jan. 27, 2016, at Blakely Hall, 2550 N.E. Park Drive. A discussion with 350Seattle.org and the Sierra Club will follow the film.
"This Changes Everything" — directed by Avi Lewis and inspired by Naomi Klein's nonfiction bestseller — presents seven powerful portraits of communities on the frontlines, from Montana's Powder River Basin to the Alberta tar sands, from the coast of South India to Beijing, and beyond.
Interwoven with these stories of struggle is Klein's narration, connecting the carbon in the air with the economic system that put it there.
