[ARCHIVED] Walk 'n Wag: Dog-Friendly Event Helps State Park

Bring your dog to Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park's first Walk 'n Wag.

Walk 'n Wag arrives at the state park from 10 a.m.-noon March 19, 2016. The park is located at 2000 N.W. Sammamish Road.

Rangers have created an intriguing 5K trail for dogs and walkers to explore. An optional 3K all-access trail will also be available.

Walk 'n Wag registration is $15 for children 16 and younger, $20 for ages 17 and older, and $50 for a family of four. Park admission is free March 19.

Register by Feb. 29 to receive a free commemorative T-shirt.

All proceeds will benefit Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park and Project Playground. To learn more, go to Playground4All.com.
