Sammamish Plateau Water started a meter replacement program April 12, 2016.
Keystone Utility Systems has been hired by the district to perform meter change outs and will be replacing all meters in the district's service area.
The water meter installers will begin work, at the earliest, within a couple of weeks and work will continue for the next six to eight months.
Keystone personnel will be carrying identification at all times.
Keystone will be making contact with district customers to inform them of meter replacement. At no time will Keystone staff be entering any residences or businesses.
A mailer sent to district customers explained the program.
