All aboard as the Issaquah Valley Trolley resumes summer service May 7, 2016.
Thanks to work completed last fall, the car will operate on the entire line from the historic Issaquah Depot Museum to Northwest Gilman Boulevard.
Once the trolley enters regular operation, the car will depart between 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays through September, weather permitting. Passengers board at the Issaquah Depot Museum, 78 First Ave. N.E.
The fare is $5 per person, which includes a trolley ride and admission to the Issaquah History Museums' depot and the Gilman Town Hall Museum. Children 5 and younger, and members of the Issaquah History Museums, ride free.
Passengers get a sense of what it might have been like to arrive and depart Issaquah's depot when the train was the primary transportation into our town a century ago.
