You're invited as Influence the Choice hosts "The Power of Me, The Power of We!" — a middle school youth leadership event.
"The Power of Me, The Power of We!" is 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Oct. 29, 2016, at Pacific Cascade Middle School, 24635 S.E. Issaquah-Fall City Road.
Nigel Wrangham, a nationally known youth leadership trainer, will lead the day. Students will develop leadership skills around the topics of substance abuse prevention and mental health.
The event is free for all students, funded by Influence the Choice's federal Drug Free Communities grant. Pre-registration is required; sign up online.
