The City’s Development Commission is holding a second public hearing on the proposed Inneswood Apartments at 7 p.m. Dec. 7 at City Hall South, 135 E. Sunset Way. The full agenda is posted online.
The proposed project would construct 93 units in two multi-family buildings along Newport Way Northwest near Northwest Juniper Street (adjacent to Inneswood Estates – a single-family subdivision of 10 homes that’s already under construction). Access to the apartments would be from Newport Way Northwest.
A map and architectural drawings are available online.
As part of the project, the developer would also build a roundabout at the intersection of Newport Way Northwest and Northwest Juniper Street.
The Inneswood Apartments have been under review for several months, including an initial public hearing held by the City’s Development Commission on Nov. 2. Before making a final decision, the commission is holding its second public hearing Dec. 7.
Comments can also be sent to Amy Tarce, with the City’s Development Services Department, before Dec. 7.
