Push your body to new limits – exercise in a safe manner, while having fun and achieving real results. Combine traditional calisthenics with body weight exercises, and mix interval training and strength training.

Tuesdays and Thursdays starting May 7, 2013. The classes run from 6-7 a.m. at the Issaquah Community Center.
The class is $80 per month for two classes per week; $120 for a 10 class card; or $14 per drop-in.
