[ARCHIVED] - Metro Adds Trips from Issaquah Highlands Park & Ride -

King County Metro Transit is adding trips to reduce overcrowding and improve reliability on several routes, including Route 218.

Metro Transit is adding two new morning Route 218 trips to downtown Seattle leaving Bay 4 at the Issaquah Highlands Park & Ride. Trip times on routes 216, 218 and 219 will be adjusted to provide trips leaving the Issaquah Highlands Park & Ride every five to 10 minutes between approximately 6:08 a.m. and 7:18 a.m.

The change is part of the first round of investments being made as part of the adopted 2017-18 Metro Transit budget, which includes the addition of more than 300,000 annual service hours to improve service throughout King County.
