Plateau Campus LLC has proposed demolishing the City Church buildings at 441 228th Avenue Southeast.
The proposal includes demolishing on-site buildings, including disconnecting electrical, gas, water and sewer, as well as preserving the stained-glass windows and donating them to the Sister of Providence.
The City of Issaquah evaluated the environmental impacts of the proposed demolition (and site stabilization), and determined it would not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.

There is now a 14-day comment period from March 31-April 14, 2017, followed by a 14-day appeal period.
