[ARCHIVED] - Farmers Market: Prepare for Parking Changes -

For shoppers headed to the Issaquah Farmers Market this spring and summer, a change in parking is on the horizon.

Starting Saturday, May 25, 2013, the current market parking area behind Pickering Barn will close for the remainder of the market season. The current parking area will close as Costco Wholesale builds a parking structure on that site.

Shoppers can instead park in the Pickering Place parking lot that is closest to the Regal Issaquah 9 movie theater, 1490 N.W. 11th Ave.

Portable signage will direct shoppers to 16 handicap-accessible parking spaces closer to Pickering Barn.

As a reminder to farmers market shoppers, parking at the Costco warehouse, or the Costco Wholesale corporate buildings, is not allowed.
