Drivers: Newport Way Northwest is closed from State Route 900 to Lakemont Boulevard Southeast due to a single-vehicle accident.

Please use alternate routes. Issaquah police and public works, and Eastside Fire & Rescue, are on scene. Newport Way is closed until further notice as crews respond the accident.

The accident occurred at about 7:45 a.m. May 23, 2017, at Southeast 54th Street.
