Site work is underway for
Issaquah Gateway Senior Housing between Newport Way Northwest and Interstate 90.
The project, located at 2290 Newport Way N.W, includes 146 residential units; residential amenities; and surface/underground parking.
Work will take place from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. on weekdays and, when approved, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturdays.
In addition to installing a temporary construction fence, crews have started clearing and grading.
Traffic impacts will vary throughout the spring, with minimal impacts at the start. Truck traffic is expected to increase throughout the summer.
