ArtWalk, presented by the Downtown Issaquah Association, is celebrated on the first Friday of the month from June to September. During the event, regional artists set up temporary shows in the historic business district and along streets for the evening. Visitors can watch artists in action, participate in creative activities and listen to live music.

ArtWalk is free to the public. The event starts at 6 p.m. on the following dates:

  • June 7, 2013
  • July 5, 2013
  • Aug. 2, 2013
  • Sept. 6, 2013
Visitors can pick up a map of ArtWalk venues outside the Issaquah Library. More than 20 businesses participate and offer artists space to display their works. Public areas used for music performances and art activities in include the library, Centennial Park, Issaquah Valley Senior Center, Issaquah Salmon Hatchery and more.

ArtWalk typically attracts 1,000 to 3,000 attendees per month. Proceeds from the events benefit the Downtown Issaquah Association.
