[ARCHIVED] Brick for FISH: How to Help the Hatchery

You can leave a lasting impression and support Friends of the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery by purchasing a brick paver to support the nonprofit organization.

Life Scout Theodore Koshar from Scout Troop 636 is leading a paver fundraiser project to support salmon education and recovery efforts for FISH.

Proceeds from your purchase of a Brick for FISH will be used to support FISH’s activities at the hatchery. Each brick will be planted on the hatchery grounds later this year as part of an Eagle Scout project.

Pavers will be engraved with family names, company names and to remember or recognize loved ones and commemorate special occasions. To learn more and purchase a brick, go to the project website.

"This is a great way for the many people who use and love the salmon hatchery to be a part of it — forever," FISH Executive Director Robin Kelley said. "We can’t wait to see how the engraved bricks enhance the park-like setting here at the hatchery."
