In response to community members’ requests, crews will be installing a new “No Turn on Red” sign May 15 at a busy Issaquah Highlands intersection.
The sign will be installed at the intersection of Northeast Federal Drive and Northeast Park Drive near the RAM Restaurant and Brewery. The new sign will also include orange flags to warn drivers.
Before the official sign is installed May 15, an A-frame sign will be placed nearby to alert community members of the change.
This project is part of the City’s ongoing traffic-calming efforts in the Issaquah Highlands to enhance safety for pedestrians, cyclists and drivers.
