[ARCHIVED] - Police Conduct Parking Enforcement Emphasis -

Following numerous concerns from the community about abandoned vehicles – as well as improper or illegal parking – Issaquah Police will be conducting a parking enforcement emphasis throughout the City.

Officers will be issuing parking tickets for violations.

To avoid a ticket, make sure to:
  • Park legally! Examples include parking on the correct side of the roadway; 15 feet or more from a fire hydrant; away from crosswalks; more than 5 feet from driveways; and away from locations marked “No Parking.”
  • Ensure you have a current vehicle registration. Those more than 45 days expired will be impounded immediately.
  • Only park in disabled parking spots with proper placards or license plates.
Enforcements will be continual, and cover different areas of the City.
