Exciting news! The City of Issaquah is replacing Julius Boehm Pool’s aging roof.
The work is scheduled to begin on Aug. 27, and will continue for approximately four weeks. During this time, the pool will remain open. There is a slight possibility that the pool will be closed for two to three days to ensure safety during some of the work. If a closure is needed, an announcement will be made as soon as possible.
During the roof replacement, the footpaths on the sides of the building, as well as the lawn on the north side of the building, will be closed for construction staging and public safety. For those who are parking along the adjacent streets to the pool, pedestrian access will be available from Front Street South and the stairs by Clark Elementary.
