Issaquah Police safely arrested a 41-year-old man from an apartment building at 201 Mountain Park Boulevard at 5:42 a.m. Oct. 31 who had been battling a mental health crisis, and was throwing objects from the unit. 

During the past two weeks, both police and the man’s family repeatedly tried to talk to him. 

The man was arrested for domestic violence, assault on a police officer and malicious mischief. Officers received minor injuries during the arrest and were treated at the local hospital before being released.
