[ARCHIVED] - Citizen Survey: Help Us to Better Serve You -

Check your mailbox.

If you've received a postcard from the City of Issaquah, you live in one of 3,200 households randomly selected to participate in our 2019 citizen survey.

The survey will arrive soon after the postcard.

We’re using the statistically-valid National Citizen Survey to learn more about your view of City services and Issaquah’s quality of life. That information will help us better serve our community. We last completed this survey in 2017.

We’re working with a long-established, independent firm — the Colorado-based National Research Center — to conduct the survey.

It’s easy to complete, and individual responses are completely anonymous. Once you’re finished, return the survey in its prepaid, self-addressed envelope to the National Research Center.

If you have any questions about the survey, please call 425-837-3020.

Survey questions will gather information on the quality of City services and the overall community. The survey will collect feedback on a variety of issues, including safety, environmental quality, economic vitality, transportation and more.

The responses will then be compiled by the National Research Center in a report that will be shared with our community later this year.

The National Citizen Survey is designed specifically for use by local governments. Because similar surveys are conducted in hundreds of cities nationwide, we can compare Issaquah’s results with other communities throughout the United States.

If your household receives a survey, we hope that you’ll choose to participate. Your response is important to us!

Didn’t receive a survey? We still want to hear from you! Look for an online version for all citizens next month.
