Shop Local Issaquah (Nov. 29-Dec. 12)
- Shop participating local businesses, and win up to $1,000 cash before the holidays, thanks to the The Issaquah Chamber of Commerce.
Shop Local HolidayBazaar (Nov. 30)
- Join the Issaquah Highlands for family fun and shopping during Small Business Saturday. Complimentary hot chocolate and coffee will be available while you shop, as well as free activities for kids.
Holiday Fest at Gilman Village (Dec. 7)
- Don't miss out on all the holiday fun at Issaquah's Gilman Village! Enjoy tasting an array of wines, beers, ciders and spirits along with warm spiced wines. A DJ will be spinning and hosting karaoke, while guests can interact with a plethora of Santas and a seasonal photobooth.
Thank you for supporting our robust and growing local economy! Along with steady increases in business licenses issued in Issaquah, business and occupation tax receipts continue to show a steady growth year over year ($5 million in 2017 to a projected $5.6 million by the end of 2019). According to the Puget Sound Regional Council, Issaquah also continues to grow jobs.
In 2018 (the latest data available), Issaquah had 26,864 jobs – up 5.5 percent from the previous year.
