[ARCHIVED] City Launches Redesigned Website

New Website Cover Page

Welcome to the City’s redesigned our website, which focuses on enhanced customer service!

Before launching this project in early 2019, the City conducted an online survey to collect the community’s feedback. That feedback, along with website data, then informed the new design.

Community members told us they wanted:

  • Less clicks (or time required) to find what they need. The redesign focuses on reducing the site’s pages, and highlighting content our customers are most frequently looking for.
  • A more mobile-friendly platform.
  • Improved news and calendar feeds.

Other new features include organizing news and project updates by neighborhood, and enhancements to the homepages for Parks and Recreation, Economic Development and our Rentals program.

After using best practices in redesigning the site, the City also conducted in-depth user testing this fall to ensure the site is easy to use.

We want to hear from you! If you have any feedback, please contact us.
