Attention ratepayers: Your utility bills are changing in 2020 to support ongoing City services. The changes reflect previously adopted rate increase on water, sewer and stormwater utilities, plus an increase in the utility tax rate.

Utility tax rates:
- Water: 3% (previously 2.33%)
- Sewer: 3% (previously 0%)
- Storm: 3% (previously 0%)
For an average single-family residence, here’s an example of the changes to a bi-monthly consumption:
