During the Governor’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order, you may still see some construction activity in your neighborhood. Exemptions primarily include emergency repairs and replacement; public transportation and utilities; food service, preparation and distribution; and low-income housing projects.
There are two projects in the Issaquah Highland that continue to have work crews present: The Alexan Highlands and Westridge North.
The Alexan Highlands – also known as Block 19 – will be a seven story multi-family building with 135 units and structured parking below located at 1150 10th Ave. N.E. Work is permitted to complete roofing so that interior damage from water and elements is limited.
Westridge North is a single-family plat with approximately 73 units located along Northeast High Street – 28 of which will be allowed to have construction crews present as they are designated as affordable housing projects.
