[ARCHIVED] Vaccine: Transportation Needs Hotline

Hopelink Mobility is offering support in finding rides to and from vaccine appointments in King County. Please fill out the form to the best of your ability, either for yourself or on behalf of someone else. Once Hopelink receives your information, they will reach out to you to help connect you with the best option for your trip.

Hopelink's goal is to support communities who are the most vulnerable and need access to the vaccine sites; this includes BIPOC communities, seniors, immigrants, refugees and individuals with disabilities.

While Hopelink cannot guarantee a ride at this time, their staff will work with transportation providers to find you the ride best suited for your needs. For immediate language assistance, please call 425-943-6706.
