The City's Community Planning and Development team is hosting a virtual neighborhood meeting on May 19 at 6:30 p.m. At the meeting, representatives from the City will describe the project and discuss any potential impacts with any interested members of the community.
Staff, along with the applicant’s technical area experts, will be in attendance to answer questions and address concerns about the project.
Project Description: The proposed project will have 24 single family attached units on individual lots. All interior roads will be privately maintained and owned. Access to SR-900 will utilize the existing driveway location of the existing house.
